Definition:

This field clarifies what kind of resource is being provided to HeSANDA, in its most general terms.

For cohort study datasets, the ResourceTypeGeneral attribute should be defined as either “Dataset” or “Collection/Event.”

“Dataset” should be used when an individual dataset from a specific timepoint is assigned a DOI and made discoverable.

“Event” should be used when a timepoint (otherwise known as a wave, tranche, release) is represented is assigned a DOI, and made discoverable.
