Definition:
The year (YYYY) when the dataset was or will be made available to the research community.
This is quite likely to be the same year that the DOI was minted and the data first made discoverable through the HeSANDA portal. However, for older datasets it might be that they were available to third parties before the HeSANDA project. Consider using an older year instead, so as to give a true reflection of the age of the dataset.
If data are accessed on request, this will be the date the data is shared or made available. If that date cannot be determined, use the date of registration of the DOI. If an embargo period has been in effect, use the date when the embargo period ends. In the case of dynamic data where there may be multiple releases in one year, include the Date property and sub-properties (dateType/ dateInformation) to provide more information about the release date details.
