NII Services Infrastructure migration to RHEL9
Release date:
Demo:
Prod:
Research Data Australia
All infrastructure/VMs that support Research Data Australia were migrated to the latest version of RHEL9.
All applications that support RDA were migrated to the latest compatible versions. This, and the migration to RHEL9, means improved stability, performance, and security for users.
A clustered environment for RDA was rolled out across all environments (Test, Staging, Demo and Prod). This makes the service more resilient, reducing downtime and ensuring consistent access.
A new staging environment, mirroring RDA production, was also deployed, where upgrades and new features are fully tested before release while maintaining uninterrupted and reliable access to RDA.
New IPs for RDA Harvesters will be assigned:
Demo:
130.56.62.138
Production:
130.56.62.129
Cloudflare proxy will be implemented for RDA
