Request RAiD User Interface authorisation
To access the RAiD user interface, you must log in and request access to a Service Point.
Applicability
This procedure applies to the ARDC RAiD Service User Interface.
Prerequisites
In order to do this, you will need:
the name of your Service Point
to know who your Service Point Administrator is
an account with an authentication provider. The ARDC RAiD Service User Interface currently supports:
Google and ORCID accounts are free to create. AAF accounts are typically reserved for staff and students at Australian and New Zealand research and higher education institutions.
Process
In the Request Raid Authorisation pane:
select your Service Point in the Institution drop-down list.
click Submit request.
Contact your institution’s Service Point Admin to let them know about your request. If you are unsure who your institution’s Service Point Admin is, please contact ARDC Services.
At this time, users may only request access to a single Service Point. If you need access to a second (or further) Service Point, please contact ARDC Services.
